Dutch Day / Olie Bollen




 Olie Bollen
 The van Wijk recipe

1.5kg Self Raising flour
6 Dsp Baking Powder
6 Tsp Salt
8 Eggs
1.5 pts milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tin Apple Pices
1 Large or 2 small packets of mixed fruit
 +
Oil for deep frying 

Mix all ingredients together, deepfry spoonfuls of mixture till golden and cooked through. Sprinkle with icing sugar and attempt to continuously cook and dish out Olie Bolen as fast they are eaten.
